OpenAI announces that Chinese firms will no longer have access to OpenAI's API as of July 9th this year.

• Leading Chinese AI companies like Baidu, Alibaba Cloud, and Zhipu AI are offering incentives to OpenAI users to migrate to their platforms.

• Baidu is providing free migration to its Ernie platform and matching OpenAI usage with additional tokens.

• Alibaba Cloud is offering free tokens and migration services, with its Qwen-plus model being more cost-effective than GPT-4. Zhipu AI is promoting its GLM model as a secure and controllable alternative to OpenAI's products.
